Can Aqua sense your characters light/darkness? Sure. Marisa's chaotic neutral with chaotic good tendencies, so she'd probably register as "more light than dark, but not saying much".
Can she flirt/kiss/hug with your character? If they work up enough CR to warrant a romance subplot, then I don't see why not. Non-romantic hugs are probably okay, but I don't think Aqua's quite that affectionate.

What shouldn't I mention from BBS? I tend to cruise TV Tropes for spoilers anyway, so I wouldn't care about them. I might get touchy on behalf of other people about them, though.

Can Aqua sense your characters light/darkness? Yep, she can. She should probably be able to also sense some rather odd stuff about Sora--that odd fluxuation of Darkness that he has no conscious knowledge of that pretty much hints at his time as a Heartless, and thus at Anti Form. If he's ever dual-wielding, then she might be able to pick up on Ven's heart being merged with his.
Can she flirt with your character? o-orz. Why would she want to?

Would you allow her to give you a Mark of Mastery exam? I think it will take a while until they can breach this topic again; Terra doesn't feel worthy and doesn't think he will ever be. Never mind that the thought of being named a Master by Aqua is a pretty weird one.

Can Aqua sense your characters light/darkness? Yeah, she can, with ease. Ila's Heart is rather like an open book--it's going to lean heavily on the Dark side, but it will feel like the Light is gaining more ground, and trying to reach an equilibrium.
Also, should Aqua ever witness Ila fighting, she should be able to pick up that something's... wrong. It will likely become apparent after some prolonged study to pinpoint what's off, but it's as follows: Ila primarily uses his Darkness, and the more he uses it, or the longer he uses it... the more it will feel like his Heart is slowly being torn to shreds. It's because his Heart happens to be an artificial copy of someone else's, and it's more fragile than a naturally-created Heart. As long as he doesn't use his Darkness, his Heart has time to recover, and even strengthen. Minimal use of Darkness, like using Corridors around town, deal minimal damage.
Can she flirt with your character? He probably won't get it. Like, at all.
